Mr. LoCicero is a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary and is admitted to the Bar in the State of New York. He received his BA in Mathematics from Hunter College and his JD from New York Law School. He is a former Board Member of the Employee Benefits Research Institute (EBRI), was designated a "Superstar" in the Human Resources field by HRO Today and is a recipient of the "Good Neighbor" award from Howard University.
