Affiliated with the Denver office, she has over 20 years of project management and leadership experience. Michelle leads some of Segal Benz’s largest and most complex client relationships including The University of California, where we have worked closely with the Office of the President since 2013, as well as Adobe, also a client since 2013, and many others.

For The University of California, Michelle and team have worked in unison with its leadership to launch and drive engagement in its employee health plans, introduce new voluntary benefits, educate students about their health benefits and more. We also helped The University of California introduce an industry-leading enhancement to its retirement plan, which added a deferred income annuity to its defined contribution plan. This campaign was awarded the 2022 Excellence and Innovation Award — a highly distinguished award co-sponsored by the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA) and Pensions & Investments.

Michelle earned a BA in Communications/Media Studies from Fordham University.

Michelle is a future-focused leader with a diverse background in interpersonal communication and coaching. She has completed the Co-Active Coach Training Program through CTI, attended training on non-violent communication practices and continues to engage in experiential executive leadership programs. She is passionate about bridging high performance with individual well-being, helping her team be their best in their work and personal lives.
